Grow Startups With AI is looking for a talented Software Developer to build bespoke software solutions, AI-powered applications, workflow automations and business integrations that help our clients automate operations and improve efficiency.
About the Role
As a Software Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving bespoke software solutions that support our AI integration, workflow automation and automated business operations services.
You'll work across client projects to design intelligent software, build AI-powered business applications, create secure API integrations, automate CRM workflows and ensure existing systems remain reliable, secure and compatible with evolving third-party platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain bespoke software solutions to support the Company's AI integration, workflow automation and automated business operations services.
- Test, debug and fix software programs for client projects.
- Examine existing software and identify requirements for new or modified systems based on business needs.
- Design, develop and implement AI-powered applications that address specific client requirements and improve business efficiency.
- Develop automated workflows and business processes that reduce manual administration and improve operational productivity.
- Build and maintain API integrations between AI platforms, CRM systems, communication tools, websites and other third-party business applications.
- Develop CRM automation and synchronisation solutions, ensuring that customer, lead and sales information is accurately transferred between systems.
- Maintain and improve existing client systems, ensuring that AI automations and integrations remain reliable, secure and compatible with changes to third-party platforms.
- Conduct technical research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, software tools, APIs and development frameworks that could improve the Company's service offering.
- Implement appropriate software security and data-protection practices when developing applications, integrations and automated systems.
- Write operational documentation and provide user support training.
Key Skills & Experience
- Relevant professional experience in software development, with practical experience designing, developing, testing and maintaining business software applications.
- Strong programming skills in one or more relevant programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C# or similar.
- Experience with AI and automation technologies, including AI APIs, large language model integrations, intelligent workflow automation or AI-powered business applications.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment environments, including experience deploying and maintaining applications using appropriate cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, understanding client operational problems and designing appropriate software or automation solutions.
